Once you have decided to book in for your Initial Consultation Session, please be aware that some of your symptoms or challenging situations may intensify leading up to the date of your Session booking. This occurs in readiness for clearing and release during your Session.

* Initial Consultation *

I begin your session by asking you if you have any specific Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual issues which you would like me to be aware of and focus on as this will be the basis of how we will begin to prepare your uniquely tailored series of Mentoring Sessions. During this consultation I ask you some questions to best understand how to approach your specific requirements and to identify which therapeutic techniques to apply during your Mentoring Sessions.

During this transformative process you will begin by rating aspects of your life including

on a scale from 0 – 10

where

0 indicates Totally Dissatisfied

You will also formulate specific Goals & Desired Outcomes which will be refined and explored during your sessions as required.

During each Session we identify the Priority Topic and explore this aspect of your life in depth to identify anything which may be blocking you from aligning with and embodying the full expression of your Divine Design.

All therapeutic processes are fully explained and you are encouraged to ask questions to assist with a greater understanding of the nature of the experience you have chosen. You remain fully clothed at all times. I make suggestions and offer alternatives to your current situation & circumstances, however my focus is to empower you to make your own decisions and to be the creator of your own life and your own destiny.

* Spiritual Alchemy / Bodywork *

After your Initial Consultation, a series of specifically tailored Mentoring Sessions will be proposed which may include Energy Therapy / Bodywork where you are asked to comfortably position yourself on the massage table and your session will commence. This is your time to completely enjoy the process and you can expect to feel deep relaxation, a greater sense of peace, and an overall sense of well being. You may even fall asleep! All techniques applied during your session are very gentle where the only physical contact that I make with you is the light placement of my hands on specific areas of your body; most work is performed in your energy field which requires no physical contact.
